Leonenko Mariia is an artist and architect, born in Anysiv, Chernihiv region, Ukraine.
She received her art education at the State Art Secondary School named after Taras Shevchenko in Kyiv and is currently preparing to pursue a Master’s degree in Architecture at the University of Luxembourg.
Mariia specializes in watercolor painting and graphic arts. She also decorates glass objects, paints clothing, practices photography, and loves experimenting with new creative techniques. She works both from life and imagination. Wherever she goes, she always carries a small sketchbook, a book, a diary, and a phone — to never miss a moment of inspiration.
Mariia has participated in plein air events in various cities across Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, and other European countries. She has also taken part in international competitions with her artworks and photography.
